With a drastic change in weather this Fall, also comes the threat of the common cold. Suddenly everything drops 20 degrees or more, we start using heaters that have been collecting dust (where disease often hides), and maybe we don’t go out to exercise quite as much. Of course, continuing to get a fair amount of exercise is a great way to help ward off the common cold, but what about what you can do with your diet?
